WHY MOVEMENT AND CONNECTION MATTER

A DIFFERENT KIND OF MORNING AT WORK

The RE.SET Morning creates intentional space for employees to step away from their screens, move together and connect. Through energising movement & restorative stretching your team begins the day feeling lighter, more connected and ready for what comes next.

Research suggests that moving together in synchrony can strengthen feelings of social bonding - helping shared movement become more than simply a workout.

THE WAY WE WORK HAS CHANGED

Long hours sitting, screen fatigue and hybrid working are taking a toll on how employees feel - and how connected they feel to the people around them.

Teams may work together every day without having the time or space to build real relationships beyond meetings, messages and deadlines.
